Opened in December 2023 and founded by Werner Baumgartner and his daughter Florina Feninger, Nouri is a 99-room lifestyle wellness hotel in the spa town of Bad Krozingen, just south of Freiburg at the corner of Germany, France and Switzerland. Rooms run warm earthy tones — pale oak, sand, soft textiles — and the place has a calm, unstuffy energy that feels more like a well-designed home than a resort.
