Designed by the same team behind O:live Boutique Hotel — recognized by London's Boutique Hotel Awards as Best Design Hotel in the World and Best New Boutique Hotel. O:LV Fifty Five is the sleeker, taller sibling of the O:live Boutique Hotel — same creative DNA, completely different personality. Where O:live leans bohemian and colonial, O:LV goes full Art Deco drama: dark marble floors, brass fixtures, velvet in jewel tones, leather headboards, and sculptural lighting that makes the lobby feel like a private members' club. Just 26 suites spread across a few floors, all adults-only, right across the street from the Condado Lagoon. The rooftop infinity pool — with unobstructed lagoon and skyline views — is the centerpiece, and two serious restaurants keep you fed without leaving the building.

Design Suite Interior
The entry-level suite at O:LV and it has a quirk you should know upfront: no windows. Entirely interior-facing. That said, the design is genuinely impressive — custom leather-and-brass wall, king bed, bespoke all-marble bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and a large rain shower. Good for light-sensitive sleepers who appreciate the darkness. Accessible room available.
KingGallery Suite with Balcony
The only suite configured for up to four adults. Two queen beds set against leather and brass wall backdrops with custom furniture designed to give each side of the room some privacy. Massive 625 sq ft. Marble bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and an ultra-spacious walk-in shower. Balcony offers side street and partial lagoon views — not a full lagoon panorama, but still solid.

The top-tier suite at the hotel. Designed to feel like it's floating over the lagoon — king bed with leather and brass wall, a full living room with custom cabinets, sofas, and your own personal bar setup. The all-marble spa bathroom features his-and-hers sinks, a luxurious freestanding bathtub, and an ultra-spacious walk-in shower that flows to the Beyond Balcony outdoor lounge.
