Built from scratch in 2017 across 20 acres, it has 175 rooms, six heated saltwater pools, and a 165-slip full-service marina that has logged over 400 IGFA world fishing records. Every single room comes with a private furnished balcony facing the water. If you want to be in the middle of Duval Street chaos, this isn't your place. But for waterfront space, pools, and a proper marina, nothing else in the area comes close.

Two hours of free bike use included daily. Good for exploring Stock Island's working-class waterfront neighborhood — but be aware: the area immediately outside the resort gates isn't particularly scenic.

Hourly shuttle departs from the Tiki Hut 9am–11pm and drops at the Waterfront Brewery in downtown Key West. Return pickup at the same location from 9:25am–11:25pm. Free for all guests. Without this, you're paying for cabs or rideshare for every night out.
