OKU Kos is an adults-only beach resort on Kos's northern shore that takes its design cues from traditional Greek island architecture — think one- and two-storey cubist white buildings arranged in a village layout around gardens, dunes, and a private beach. Clean-lined furniture sits alongside rough natural textures, handmade accessories, and Marshall speakers in every room. The whole philosophy is slow living: no kids, no rush, just yoga at dawn, long lunches at To Kima restaurant, and sunset cocktails on the dunes.

Generous rooms with a dressing area, indoor living room, and king-size bed. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a terrace with access to a semi-private pool shared with just one or two neighbouring suites. At 45sqm inside, these are meaningfully larger than the classic rooms and feel like a proper suite without the full private-pool price tag.

Three standalone two-bedroom beachfront villas, each with direct beach access and an 8-metre private pool. The first-floor bedroom has its own roof terrace with sunset views. Sleeps four adults (with an optional extra bed in the living room). Dedicated guest experience team and optional private in-villa dining available for an extra charge. At 100sqm interior plus 75sqm exterior, these are the most spacious and private accommodation on the property.
