Why It Matters
Greece's first Guerlain Spa (named World's Best City Resort Spa 2025). The first One&Only in Greece, on the mythologised Asteria site. Open year-round, unlike most Greek island resorts. The grand opening in June 2024 drew Kylie Minogue, Kim Cattrall, Liam Hemsworth, and Olivier Rousteing — which tells you something about the crowd this place attracts.
One&Only Aesthesis opened in November 2023 on the exact footprint of the legendary Asteria beach club that had Jackie O and Aristotle Onassis-era A-listers flocking to Glyfada in the 1960s. The resort sits on 21 hectares of protected pine forest reserve with 2.2 kilometres of private Aegean coastline — and it's only 30 minutes from central Athens and 20 minutes from the airport, so you get a proper beach resort without the island flight. Architecture firms AUDO, A6Architects, and K-Studio designed the structures to sit on the exact same footprint as the original Asteria bungalows, keeping the mid-century bones while Muza Lab filled the interiors with pale timbers, local marble, and floor-to-ceiling glass that folds open to private gardens and plunge pools.

Aesthesis Bungalow
Standalone bungalows set in the resort grounds with private courtyard, plunge pool, and firepit. Available in Standard, Sea View, and Seafront configurations — all with an outdoor living area. Sliding glass doors at front and rear create seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The bungalow has a bedroom, dressing room, large bathroom, plus front lounge/fire area and rear garden with sun loungers and pool.
Aesthesis Room
In the main Aesthesis building, with garden or sea view options. High ceilings, bright airy interiors, freestanding bath, private terrace. Mid-century design with sleek surfaces and local stone. Sea-view rooms have roughly double the outdoor terrace space versus garden-view. Accessible versions available. These are the only category without a private pool.
Epos Family Suite
Designed specifically for families, with additional space, private pool, and garden areas. Suits two adults and children, with connecting room options available in the Aesthesis building for larger families.
Eran Bungalow
Larger bungalow category available as standard, Sea View, or Seafront. Very large outdoor area with al fresco fireplace, private pool, and outdoor shower. The seafront version sits just steps from the water with Aegean views, a king-size bed, and an expansive terrace that opens directly toward the sea.
One&Only Private Home
A separate collection of 14 private residential homes on the Glyfada shoreline, between the protected pine grove and the sea. Available to book as a resort stay. Elevated home comforts, spectacular sea views, exclusive beach access, and private decks over the sea. Resort hotel services included.
Residence
One- and two-bedroom residences for larger parties, with full chef's kitchen, private pool, and expansive gardens. Scattered across the resort grounds between the protected pine grove and the sea. Recommended by the hotel for groups or families who want their own separate living space.
Villa
The resort's flagship accommodation: seafront villas with multiple bedrooms, private chef's kitchens, heated pools, and private jacuzzis. Outdoor areas run between 450–950 sqm. Direct beach access. Multiple villas can be clustered together for large multi-generational or group bookings. Views across the Greek Riviera toward the sparkling lights of Athens.

Private guided tours of the Acropolis and Athens' old town, arranged by the resort's personal host team. One-on-one archaeologist-led options available.
Off-site excursion to an Athenian sandal atelier for a hands-on sandal-making workshop with a local craftsman.
Babysitting service available at €155 for three hours, €40 per additional hour. Must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
Garden-based kids' club for ages 4–11, running all day. Activities include cooking classes, traditional Greek arts and crafts, archaeology games, sports tournaments, yoga, tree houses, and an insectarium for budding naturalists. Children under 4 can attend with a parent. Complimentary.
Guided foraging experience within the resort's protected 6-hectare pine forest reserve.
Sailing, snorkelling, and diving in the Aegean Sea from the resort's private beach. Equipment available on-site.
Daily excursions on the resort's Pardo Yacht. Can be used for sunset cruises or for sailing to nearby Cycladic islands such as Aegina and Kea. Private charters available.
Trails carved through the 6-hectare protected pine forest within the resort. Bikes delivered to your door on request.

Each guest is assigned a personal host who can arrange restaurant reservations, sightseeing excursions, transfers, yacht charters, and even unpack luggage on arrival.
