Palazzo Piccinno is an adults-only Neo-Gothic palazzo in the inland Salento town of Parabita — century-old architecture, soaring vaulted ceilings, and original cementine floors, wrapped around a leafy courtyard with a small pool. Hosts Richard and Marco run it with an almost obsessive personal touch, from the daily-changing à la carte breakfast by local chef Marco Cataldo to the nightly turndown ritual. Not a beach resort, not a farmhouse — something quieter and more particular than either.

Magna Grecia Premium
A homage to Salento's Greek heritage — the region where ancient Greek culture left its mark on language, food, and daily life. The room features a soaring vaulted ceiling, a natural stone ornamental fireplace, and a floor of original century-old black-and-white cementine tiles. The bathroom has bespoke new tiles designed exclusively for the room, bridging old and new.
Oliveto Suite
The suite that everyone talks about. A 52 sqm space with a private balcony overlooking the Parabita castle and distant fields. The ceiling is the real show — a century-old fresco, unique to this room, that has watched over the palazzo for generations. Freestanding bathtub plus rain shower, sofa with minibar, and custom artisan furniture.

Terra Rossa Cozy
Named for the crimson soil that defines Salento's landscape. The room's original century-old deep-red cementine tiles are its defining feature — a living trace of the palazzo's past, carefully preserved. Vaulted ceilings, a moody bathroom in tones of red earth, and a window seating nook for slow mornings with a book.
