The biggest room in the hotel at 120 sqm, laid out across split levels. Two twin bedrooms, a living room with panoramic ocean view, a tatami room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace open-air bath (ROTEN) sits above the bay, and there are two separate shower rooms and two powder rooms. This one works well for a family or group who needs real separation.

Fireworks are launched from Atami Bay directly in front of the hotel several times per year. Balcony rooms with ROTEN baths become some of the best private viewing spots in town. The hotel books up fast on fireworks dates.
