Completed in 2021 by Greek architecture studio G2lab, the property is raw and intentional — stone walls sourced from the same ground it sits on, chestnut timber pergolas, reed ceilings, wicker, and earthy tones that make you feel like the building just grew here. The suites are named Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite, each with its own character but all sharing the same knockout sea view. Crucially, the official site states the property is available for reservation only in its entirety, making it ideal for groups or families wanting total privacy.

The most intimate of the three at 34.60 sq.m. Stone and wood in soft earth tones open the interior to an abundant sea view. The energy fireplace and the kitchen-sitting area with handmade constructions create genuine cosiness. A notable design touch: the headboard is Italian handmade Versailles parquet in geometric patterns. The private outdoor pergola with hydromassage (summer season only) and a big terrace are the outdoor highlights. Smallest footprint but no shortage of character.

Athena Suite
Ground-floor suite with elegant interior design framing the Pagasitic Gulf straight ahead. The standout detail is the contrast between the visible reed and wicker ceiling and the black Italian handmade herringbone flooring. Two separate private terraces give you multiple angles on the panoramic view. Spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting and sleeping areas — all compact but thoughtfully laid out. Handmade decorations and artwork tied to Athena's mythology throughout.

Hera Suite
The largest of the three at 51 sq.m. A genuine two-room layout where the fully equipped kitchen and sitting area sit centrally, with the bedroom opening on one side and the living room on the other — both connecting to the terraces. The spacious sitting room has a fireplace and can be converted into a second bedroom, making Hera the most flexible option for those wanting extra space. The private outdoor pergola with hydromassage (summer season only) is a real highlight. Every space opens onto terraces with pool and sea views.
