Why It Matters
Completely relaunched in February 2024 by Good Lion Hospitality, one of Santa Barbara's most acclaimed cocktail-forward hospitality groups. The property now doubles as a serious drinks destination: the rooms have curated mini-bars with bottled house cocktails and local wines, and the adjacent Condesa restaurant brings 35+ hand-selected mezcals to the doorstep.
