Why It Matters

The Penthouse by Fendi — over 100m² of interior space plus a private rooftop pool — is arguably the most theatrical accommodation on the island. Portals Hills is Mallorca's answer to South Beach: a gleaming white Art Deco property perched on a hillside in Portals Nous, with 31 all-suite rooms, Mediterranean views from nearly every corner, and a Hollywood-style staircase descending from the lobby to the infinity pool. Penthouse by Fendi
The show-stopper. Over 100m² of interior space — two king bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms (one with extra-large rainfall shower and tub), a full kitchen with Dornbracht appliances and natural stone countertops, and bespoke Italian furniture by Fendi throughout. Take the private lift to the rooftop and you get another ~100m² of terrace, an exclusive Fendi Balinese bed, and a private pool. It's the most theatrical suite on the island, and it sleeps up to four.

Regular DJ sessions at the La Cabana Poolbar & Lounge, open to the public in the evenings. Famous summer barbecue events are a seasonal highlight, popular with local residents and hotel guests alike.
