The Pérez-Sala family has lived on the first floor of this building since 1955, and it shows in every corner. Primero Primera feels less like a hotel and more like staying with a well-traveled friend who happens to have 30 guest rooms, a garden, and an excellent restaurant. The 2011 renovation kept the original structure intact — mid-century furniture, a timeless spiral staircase — while adding modern polish. Public rooms are stacked with books and leather chairs. And there's an honesty bar where guests tally their own tabs.
