The top-floor corner suite with panoramic city and greenery views through floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. A large living room, dining table, wet bar, and separate bedroom(s) — available in one- or two-bedroom configurations. Call to book; the hotel handles these directly. King (Magi Bed)Loft Double Queen
The family or group option. Two queen Magi beds plus a soaking tub — that's a generous combination at this price point. Room to spread out comfortably for four guests without feeling cramped.
Two Queens (Magi Beds)Loft King
The entry-level room, but don't let that put you off. One oversized floor-to-ceiling window floods the space with natural light, and high ceilings give that loft-factory feel. Locally built custom furnishings, original Chip Holton artwork on the walls, Aveda bath products, and blackout curtains for a proper night's sleep.

Three floor-to-ceiling windows give you views from the bed, the bathroom vanity, and the sitting area simultaneously. A slightly different geometry than the corner room, but equally light-filled and spacious-feeling.

Three large floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping three sides — including one in the bathroom. That bathroom window is a genuine surprise. Panoramic views from the bed, the vanity, and the tub. The best standard room option if views matter to you.

Same loft-king footprint, but the bathroom is the star. Walk-in glass-walled Terrazzo shower, separate soaking tub, double vanities, and a clever window that opens between the bathroom and the sleeping room so you can actually use the tub while staying connected to the room. A step up from a standard king without going all the way to suite territory.

Wood in the bar was salvaged from a downed tree. Over 1,535 tons of construction waste was diverted from landfill during the original build.
