A 1940s mansion in Polanco that Pug Seal turned into a 26-suite boutique hotel in 2018, last renovated in 2021. The design leans hard into maximalism: arched windows, wrought-iron staircases, ornate wall moldings, a Chickering grand piano in the lobby, and chandeliers — all layered with bold-striped wallpaper, bright colors, and curated art in every corner. It feels less like a hotel and more like staying in the home of a wildly well-traveled aunt.
