Why It Matters
Raffles' first and only US property. The brand has been operating since 1887 and this is its long-awaited North American debut. Named to Travel + Leisure's It List 2024 and its Guerlain Spa was cited by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the best hotel spas in the world.
Raffles Boston is the brand's first North American hotel, opened in 2023 inside a purpose-built 35-story glass tower on the edge of Back Bay. It's 147 rooms and 30 suites designed by Stonehill Taylor — marble bathrooms, warm brass accents, wood paneling — feel less like a hotel and more like someone's very glamorous Boston pied-à-terre.
