Tribute Portfolio's first Buenos Aires property and first Marriott-affiliated hotel in the Recoleta neighborhood. Housed in the storied 1922 Palacio Mihura, it draws on porteña literary culture as a genuine design concept — not a gimmick. Opened in June 2025, Recoleta Grand occupies three merged structures — a renovated former hotel, the historic 1922 Palacio Mihura mansion, and a sleek new glass tower with a soaring atrium and 13-foot indoor waterfall. Local designer Lucas Gashu gives all 142 rooms a coherent look: parquet floors, colorful geometric wall art, and midcentury modern touches like circular sconce lights. Literature runs through everything here — complimentary bilingual books in every room, a curated vinyl collection, and a coffee shop named for the city's press culture.

Deluxe Room
A step up in finish and feel, built for a new generation of traveler who wants comfort without fuss. Same coherent Lucas Gashu design language as the rest of the hotel — parquet floors, geometric splashes, proscenium-like paneling that frames the sleeping area. The new tower Deluxe rooms have the bigger windows and black-stone bathrooms.
Junior Suite
Open floor plan with the bedroom on one side and a small living room — low-slung chair, loveseat, nesting tables — separated by a chest with the TV on top. Spacious by Buenos Aires standards. Features a dedicated desk area for working. New wing Junior Suites have black stone tile bathrooms with frosted-glass walk-in showers and basin-style sinks.
Studio
Entry-level room designed with local Recoleta style in mind. Parquet flooring, colorful geometric wall art, circular sconce lights by the bed, and panoramic windows. Open-concept wardrobe (no traditional closet). Bathrooms vary by wing — older rooms get gray marble counters and walk-in showers; new tower rooms get black stone tile with frosted glass.
