The flagship. At 175m2 total (75m2 interior plus a 100m2 private terrace), this is reportedly one of the largest hotel suites in Piemonte. Grand King bed, separate lounge with oversized sofa, dining room, corner emotion whirlpool bathtub, large walk-in shower, and an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace (seasonal). VIP parking included. The smallest room in the house — and the hotel is upfront about it. At 12m2 (including shower room), it's tucked away on the first floor with a courtyard view. Hands-on cooking classes in three professional teaching kitchens, catering for groups of 5-15 students. Classes run in English, Italian, and German. Content ranges from fresh pasta and Italian pastries to international cuisines including Thai, Vietnamese, and Turkish. Single classes (approx. 4 hours) run on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 12:00, including a welcome Spumante, lunch, and half a bottle of wine per person. Week-long residential courses also available.
