Relais La Ghinghetta sits right on the cove of La Caletta, so close to the water that a small beach is literally just outside the front door. The name comes from a nearby rock and lighthouse built in 1912 — you can actually swim to it. Nine rooms, all white walls and blue sea reflections, adults only, revitalized in 2021. It's a former seaside dwelling turned into a 4-star boutique relais with a Michelin listing, a rooftop pool terrace that's the social heart of the property, and a staff that guests consistently rave about by name.
