ROOST East Market is a purpose-built apartment hotel in the middle of Philadelphia's East Market corridor — the brand's first ground-up new construction. Morris Adjmi Architects designed the entire thing, from the 60 individual apartments to the 20,000 sq ft amenity floor, which includes what the property bills as the city's largest rooftop pool. Think less 'hotel stay,' more 'someone handed you the keys to a very well-appointed Philly apartment for the week.'

KingOne Bedroom Den
Same thoughtful design as the standard one-bedroom but with a dedicated den space — essentially a separate working or lounging room beyond the main living area. The 806 sq ft feels genuinely spacious. Particularly well-suited for remote workers or couples where one person needs a real desk setup. All the same finishes: Le Labo bath products, Mauviel cookware, La Colombe coffee, SFERRA linens, and in-unit laundry.
KingTwo Bedroom
At 1,100 sq ft with two full bathrooms and two king beds, this is the right call for groups, families, or extended stays where two people need genuine privacy. Flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Extra dining seating and more workspace than the one-bedroom configurations. Same brand touches throughout — Le Labo bath products, Mauviel kitchen equipment, SFERRA linens, Bang & Olufsen stereo, Apple TV.
