Every room has its own hand-picked name and theme, personally selected by owner Annette Gundlach. The property spans two buildings (the main hotel and the Hofgarten guesthouse), runs its own artisan pastry shop, operates two lifestyle boutiques on-site, and is a Tablet Hotels member. A deeply personal, owner-run boutique hotel sitting right on the edge of Lake Malchow in the island town of Malchow. Hostess Annette Gundlach has named and themed every one of the 27 studios — so you sleep in 'Passion' or 'Northern Light', not room 204. The in-house pastry shop is genuinely beloved by locals, the restaurant wraps around panoramic lake views, and the wellness area has a Finnish sauna, sanarium, and wooden jetty for swimming directly in the lake.
