The premier suite at the resort, located within The Manor House — the architectural centerpiece of the 16-acre property. Designed by LA-based Nancy Corzine and Victoria Montana with custom one-of-a-kind furniture, hand-selected wallpaper and fabrics, and curated fine art. Beach House Guestrooms
Second-story beachfront rooms set directly on Miramar Beach. Stylishly furnished patio overlooks the Pacific Ocean. These are the most coveted standard rooms on property — you're essentially sleeping above the sand. Expect crisp white linens, French doors to the terrace, designer bathrooms, and Nespresso machines.
Beach House Terrace Suite
The 960-square-foot oceanfront flagship suite sits directly on Miramar Beach and is as close to old Hollywood glamour as you'll find in modern California. The furnished terrace includes a gas firepit, daybed lounger, and sectional sofa — all facing the Pacific. Inside: an indoor fireplace, sofa bed, vanity table, and a designer bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub.
Garden Bungalow Suite
Freestanding bungalows in the heart of the resort's manicured gardens. These are quieter than the beachfront rooms — no train noise issue here — surrounded by mature landscaping. Great for families or anyone wanting more privacy and the feel of a standalone cottage. Furnished patio opens onto lawns.
Lanai Guestrooms & Suites
Garden and mountain views from private lanai terraces. These are set in the main body of the resort, away from the beach — good value-per-square-foot relative to beachfront options, with access to all resort amenities.
