Sa Pedrissa
Slow luxury, adults-only agrotourism. Antique-meets-modern mix. Very quiet, very private, strong on views and atmosphere. Not a party hotel — it promotes 'slow tourism' and the vibe absolutely matches.

Why It Matters
Former residence of Archduke Louis Salvador of Austria; declared a Site of Historic and Cultural Interest; located within the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana; dining overseen by Marcel Ress, who held a Michelin star at Simply Fosh; one of the most dramatic pool and sea-view positions in all of Mallorca.
A 17th-century Mallorcan stone estate perched above the Mediterranean on the Valldemossa-Deià road, Sa Pedrissa was once the home of Archduke Louis Salvador of Austria and is now a declared Site of Historic Interest. Adults-only (guests 16+) and small by design — 14 rooms total — it sits squarely inside the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana. Most rooms lean into antique Mallorcan character: exposed stone, warm colours, traditional furniture. But the two Deluxe Suites do the opposite: floor-to-ceiling windows, minimalist lines, panoramic sea views. The 12×6m pool is elevated right at the cliff edge and looks straight out to the Mediterranean.
