Why It Matters
One of the few Strip casino hotels that offers free self-parking and free valet to all guests — a genuine rarity. The Alexandria Tower holds a AAA Four Diamond rating. The resort is home to Magic Mike Live (conceived by Channing Tatum) and housed Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, named Best Restaurant in Nevada by Business Insider, until mid-2025. A new Caribbean steakhouse by James Beard Award-winner Kwame Onwuachi (Maroon) is opening late 2025.
The original Sahara opened in 1952 and became a Rat Pack playground. What stands here now is a full-scale reimagining — same address, entirely different beast. The Meruelo Group (a certified minority-owned company) completed a top-to-bottom renovation and relaunched it as a boutique-leaning casino resort with 1,613 rooms across three distinct towers. It sits at the north end of the Strip, not center-stage, but that means free parking, its own monorail stop, and noticeably less chaos than its mid-Strip neighbors.

Sliding mirror doors, walk-in shower, 55-inch TV, mini-fridge, armoire-style closet, and built-in multi-purpose desk. Smaller than the Marra rooms — honest about that.

The Marra Tower is the biggest at 1,131 rooms with a black, white, and pale-pink color scheme. Rooms feature opposing light-up mirrors that make the space feel bigger, a huge flat-screen TV that doubles as the hotel compendium, large work desk, and stocked minibar with colored crystal glasses. Sweeping city views available from elevated floors.

Exclusively available to Alexandria Tower guests, Marra Style+ rooms, and Marra Signature Suite guests. Day passes purchasable at Amina Spa.
A quieter, more intimate rooftop pool in the Alexandria Tower with views of the Las Vegas mountains and Downtown Las Vegas. Family-friendly and exclusive to hotel guests — no pool passes sold. Notably less crowded than the main AZILO pool.
The main pool complex with Moroccan-inspired décor and a massive 240-foot LED screen. Resident DJ programming, private cabanas (21+ only), daybeds, and a full food and beverage menu. An annual LGBTQ+ Pride pool party series held at the AZILO Ultra Pool in partnership with Las Vegas PRIDE. General admission runs $20, with complimentary drink voucher for early arrivals. SAHARA has its own monorail station on-site, the northernmost stop on the Las Vegas Monorail. Direct connections to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate, Harrah's/The LINQ, Flamingo, Bally's/Paris, and MGM Grand. The most convenient hotel on the monorail for Convention Center visitors.
A 90-minute, 360-degree dance and acrobatics spectacular conceived and directed by Channing Tatum. 13 performers, cabaret-style seating, set in a custom state-of-the-art venue.
