Sanadome is a 4-star Superior hotel and full-scale wellness resort that opened in 1995 on the green edge of Nijmegen. The whole concept is built around the thermal baths — fed by the property's own fresh and saltwater sources — which hotel guests can walk to directly from their room. It's not just a hotel with a spa attached; the spa genuinely is the product, with 106 rooms, four restaurants, a fitness club, and over 50 treatments all under one roof.

Deluxe Room
The standard room category at Sanadome. At 26 m² it's compact but well-equipped. Almost all have a balcony looking out over either the fountain or the park garden. Air conditioning, minibar, safe, and a full bath rather than just a shower.

The upgrade worth taking. At 33 m² there is noticeably more space, a walk-in rain shower in addition to the bigger bathroom with two sinks. Same balcony access as the Deluxe rooms but with a more premium feel throughout.

Group aqua gym sessions held three times daily (11:00, 14:30, and 20:00) in the 33°C indoor thermal pool. Free and optional — no reservation required.
City bikes (€10/day) and electric city bikes (€20/day) available at hotel reception. Route maps available for the Liberation Route (cycling through 23 marked historical spots from WWII) and other Nijmegen area routes.
