Why It Matters
Part of the Tablet Hotels collection and listed on the Michelin Guide, this is one of very few well-designed boutique options in the 20th arrondissement. Designed by Parisian architect Delphine Vendel with original photography by Dutch artist Tonny Baars. Sister property to Hôtel Clarisse and Hôtel Bridget under the 'Sisterhood Hotels' umbrella.
A 30-room boutique hotel in Belleville — Paris's most historically working-class and artistically charged neighborhood. The building was derelict for years before being completely renovated and handed to Parisian architect Delphine Vendel, who let the original materials breathe: exposed handcrafted surfaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and original works by Dutch photographer Tonny Baars on the ground floor. It's not glamorous. But it's genuinely charming in a way that takes effort to fake.
