A 30-room boutique hotel in Belleville — Paris's most historically working-class and artistically charged neighborhood. The building was derelict for years before being completely renovated and handed to Parisian architect Delphine Vendel, who let the original materials breathe: exposed handcrafted surfaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and original works by Dutch photographer Tonny Baars on the ground floor. It's not glamorous. But it's genuinely charming in a way that takes effort to fake.
