Why It Matters
The only lodging in Napa anchored by the landmark 1870 Parker Mansion, with actual on-property vineyards. Owned by Craig and Kathryn Hall (Hall Wines family), so the wine culture is genuine, not decorative.
The 1870 Parker Mansion is the real draw here. Napa has no shortage of shiny new builds, but Senza is the one with actual bones — a three-story historic estate that anchors a two-acre property set among real working vineyards. The hotel now wraps 48 rooms across six buildings, mixing the creaky-floor charm of the Mansion with clean-lined modern suites and private patios that open straight onto the vines. It sits on the north end of town, splitting the distance between downtown Napa and the Yountville restaurant corridor — which puts you roughly 10 minutes from either direction.
