Separate living room and bedroom, a private outdoor bath on the balcony, full indoor bathtub with wash area, and a walk-in closet. All water in the bathroom comes from the hotel's own on-site well — Hakuba groundwater that meets drinking standards. Fits 2–4 guests with an extra sofa bed (SWANEL brand, double size).

A solid mid-tier suite for groups in the East Building. Main room and a separate bedroom each have two beds. The standout feature is the in-room fireplace (¥2,200 per use, book at front desk) — rare in a Japanese resort hotel and genuinely atmospheric on a snowy evening. Private outdoor bath on the balcony, though note it closes from late November through early April to prevent freezing. Good for groups of 2–5.

Pool table and darts boards available in the View Lounge. The space also has children's play equipment and picture books, and can be hired for private parties or meetings.
The hotel's central courtyard becomes a snow play area in winter — snowman building, snow fort construction, and sledding for kids and adults. No charge, weather-dependent.
Hotel provides fireworks kits for families with children staying during summer — a small but well-received touch noted in guest reviews.
Walking paths thread through the 60,000m² private grounds. Spring brings wildflowers including the mizubasho (Asian skunk cabbage) the hot spring is named after. Autumn turns the birch forest gold. Wild rabbits and squirrels appear if you're patient.
Renovated outdoor pool opened in 2022. Wide poolside with parasols and sun loungers. Open approximately mid-July through late August.
On-site rental shop. Ski sets (skis/boots/poles), snowboard sets (board/boots), outerwear, helmets. Children's sizes available. Small accessories (knit caps, gloves, goggles) are sold, not rented.
Hotel shuttle connects to multiple Hakuba Valley ski resorts including Hakuba Happoone, Hakuba Iwatake, Hakuba Norikura Onsen, and others. Discounted lift tickets sold at the hotel. On-site rental shop covers skis, snowboards, boots, poles, helmets, and outerwear.
