Walk into the lobby and you're standing under a 17-metre vaulted stone ceiling with original stained glass filtering the light, surrounded by designer furniture from Starck, Eames, and Ingo Maurer. All 24 rooms are different, each shaped around the chapel's architectural quirks: stone arches, apse corners, mullioned windows. There's no pool, no gym — but there is a seriously good sensory spa tucked under the vaults, and the Jardin des Plantes is literally across the street.
