Every Friday at 11:30 AM at Sea Breeze Beach, local fishermen deliver the morning catch and guests personally select their fish with the Executive Chef. The catch can then be prepared in any resort restaurant or as in-room private dining.
Every evening at 6:30 PM at The St. Regis Bar, continuing the tradition started by John Jacob Astor IV at the original St. Regis New York in 1904. A butler ceremonially opens a bottle of Champagne with a saber at sunset. Open to all hotel guests.
Two full Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole courses directly on the resort grounds. Both are par-72 with Pacific Ocean and Banderas Bay views. Tee times from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Driving range, putting green, equipment rental, and pro lessons available. Kids golf free. Resort-guest only access.
Day trip to the UNESCO-protected Marietas Islands, a 20-minute boat ride from the resort. Excellent for snorkeling, birdwatching (blue-footed boobies nest here), and visiting the famous 'Hidden Beach' (access is regulated). Arranged through concierge.
Private cabanas available at both the Sakana adult pool area and Sea Breeze beachfront. King-sized daybed seating with attentive food and beverage service. Priced at $900 USD per cabana.
