Stamna Sifnos is a design-forward boutique hotel with 20 rooms set on a 13,000 sqm plot in Apollonia, one of only two five-star properties on the island. Built new but shaped entirely around traditional Cycladic architecture — stone walls, in-situ materials from Santorini, marble floors sourced from Tinos, Naxos, and Paros, and handcrafted olive-wood furniture — this is slow living with real intention behind it. Every single room faces the Aegean. The organic kitchen garden feeds the restaurant. Solar panels power the whole operation. It is seasonal, open May to October only.
