The 19th-century structure was formerly the Hesperia Hermosilla and underwent a full renovation before reopening in June 2016 under its current name. Inside, the mood is dark and members-club cool: wooden panelling, parquet floors, and a brooding palette downstairs give way to crisper, lighter rooms above.
