One of the newer purpose-built thalasso resorts in Brittany, directly connected to a Thalgo-accredited thalassotherapy institute. The combination of heated seawater pools, a glazed sauna facing the ocean, and a full package menu — from 2-day escapes to 6-day cure stays — makes it a genuine wellness destination rather than a hotel that happens to have a spa.
A purpose-built thalasso resort that opened in 2015 right on Sables Blancs beach in southern Brittany. The whole place is organized around sea water — two heated seawater pools, 20 individual treatment cabins, and a panoramic sauna where the view of the bay is half the therapy. Rooms are contemporary, done in sand and blue tones, all with a balcony and most with genuine sea views.
