Eight politically-named Signature Suites (Roosevelt, John Adams, Lord Harrowby, Duchess) reference the square's history as home to US ambassadors and British aristocracy. Grill 88 won Best Luxury Grill in Europe at the 2025 World Luxury Restaurant Awards. The Pine Bar holds a Forbes Travel Guide 2025 Star Bars Award. The Biltmore Mayfair sits on the south side of Grosvenor Square, occupying almost the entire length of one side of this handsome London address. Reopened in September 2019 after a gut renovation of the original 1969 Britannia Hotel building, it feels settled and sure of itself — not a brash newcomer trying too hard. The classic red-brick facade hides a polished, contemporary interior: crisp soothing tones, bespoke art throughout, Italian marble bathrooms, and Penhaligon's toiletries in every room. Bond Street is a five-minute walk. Selfridges is two.
