A seasonal beachfront resort built into a hillside at the western tip of the Bodrum peninsula, sitting right on a private white-sand beach with clear Aegean views across to the Greek island of Kos. EDITION's Ian Schrager-meets-Marriott formula lands well here: the lobby is all white marble and double-height ceilings, rooms are calm and minimal with Le Labo bathrooms, and the whole property cascades down to the sea across a dozen terraced levels. The headline distinction is a Michelin-starred restaurant — KITCHEN by Osman Sezener — that has held its star for three consecutive years, making it one of very few resort hotel restaurants in Turkey to achieve this.
