A 19th-century neoclassical mansion in Patras' historic Ano Polis district, reborn as a 5-star boutique hotel. Architect Empi Spathi stripped away the ornate and replaced it with sharp minimalism — Bauhaus and Danish modernist references running through 10 rooms spread over four color-coded floors. It opened in 2020 as Patras' first five-star hotel, and it genuinely earns that designation. The courtyard restaurant is where the city's design-savvy crowd comes to eat, and the rooftop view of the Castle, the Roman Odeon, and the Gulf of Patras is one of the better urban vistas in Greece.

Small but everything is quality.
