A 5-room owner-operated B&B inside a landmarked 1914 Colonial Revival townhouse in Richmond's Fan District. Mitch (12+ years NYC hospitality) and Roni (Puerto Rican restaurant background) run the place themselves, which shows. High ceilings, original stained glass windows from 1914, detailed woodwork, and rooms named after Richmond landmarks. The whole building once served as a doctor's office in the 1950s–60s. Small by design: you're sharing the house, not checking into a block of rooms.

Bon Air
Named after the Victorian resort retreat favored by city-weary Richmonders, this room faces tree-lined Main Street — quieter than the boulevard-facing rooms. Queen bed, small writing desk, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub/shower combo and double vanity. Former childhood bedroom of the doctor's son who grew up in the building.

Carillon
A one-bedroom suite occupying the space of the original kitchen. Has a private entrance — the most independent option in the house. Bedroom plus a living space with a full-sized pull-out sofa (sleeps two more), and a black-and-white themed bathroom with tub/shower combo. Named after Virginia's WWI memorial. Good for anyone who wants more separation from the main inn flow.

James
Named after the James River, this room leans masculine — dark luxurious fabrics, exposed brick bathroom, and a claw foot tub alongside a standing shower. Has access to the shared balcony space. Guests who have stayed here specifically call out the tub and the balcony.
KingMaymont
Light and airy, inspired by Richmond's 100-acre Maymont estate. Queen bed, arched standing shower, and shared balcony access. The brightest and most open-feeling room in the inn.
QueenThe Boulevard Suite
The top-tier room, and the only one with a private balcony — it overlooks Arthur Ashe Boulevard. King bed, full closet, and a spacious bathroom with double vanity, standing shower, and claw foot tub. Includes a Nespresso coffee station and mini fridge, which no other room has. If you want the full experience and the outdoor space to yourself, this is the one to book.
