The Brazilian Court Hotel
Old-money Palm Beach glamour meets modern boutique. Think mahogany millwork, green velvet headboards, Rosario Candela's courtyard architecture, and Terry O'Neill celebrity photography on the walls. Intimate but never dowdy. The crowd is a mix of old Palm Beach regulars and people who know the difference between a great boutique hotel and a sprawling resort.
Book a room facing the courtyard if you want the fountain views — the Wisteria rooms with patio or terrace overlooking the South Courtyard or pool are the sweet spot.
Why It Matters
A 1926 Rosario Candela-designed landmark that's one of the only properties on Palm Beach island that consistently makes both the Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure lists — year after year. It has its own private 44-ft Italian Solaris yacht (BC One) for complimentary guest cruises and Daniel Boulud's only Florida outpost for dining.
Built in 1926 by Rosario Candela and on the National Trust's Historic Hotels of America list, the Brazilian Court is an 80-room Spanish Colonial property that does everything at boutique scale — two interlocking courtyards with fountains, a private palm-lined pool, and Daniel Boulud's Café Boulud out the door. It sits about a 10-minute walk from the Atlantic and right around the corner from Worth Avenue, making it the most convenient address on the island for anyone who actually wants to walk somewhere.

How you'll actually spend your days.
The Brazilian Court hosts an ongoing gallery of works by Nantucket and Palm Beach-based photographer Nathan Coe — original pieces displayed throughout the property and available for purchase. The hotel also features a curated collection of Terry O'Neill celebrity photography hanging in rooms and common areas.
Complimentary 2-hour cruise on the hotel's 44-ft Brunello Acampora-designed Italian Solaris Power Yacht. Three daily departures at 9am, 12pm, and 3pm. Exclusively for hotel guests. You sail the Palm Beach coastline and Intracoastal viewing estate-lined shores, with Café Boulud provisions available on board and monogrammed towels provided. Reserve via in-room iPad portal or with the yacht concierge. Studio/1-bed suite guests get 2 guests per trip; 2-bed suites get up to 4 guests per trip. Private excursion packages also available.
A loungy game room with custom parlor games: chess, Chinese checkers, Scrabble, and card games. Comfortable lounge seating. Best enjoyed with a nightcap.
Custom four-row BMK Carts golf cart for short open-air hops around the island — to Worth Avenue, the beach, or the yacht. A novel and distinctly Palm Beach way to get around.
Complimentary in-town transportation in the hotel's 2026 BMW X7 xDrive 40i SUV (seats 7 passengers). Available for any in-town adventure — Worth Avenue, the beach, restaurants, or BC One at the marina.
Complimentary yoga and pilates video classes in partnership with Bala and Talent Hack, available via the in-room iPad system. No need to leave your room.
Exclusive fleet of custom-designed standard and electric Linus bicycles available for exploring the island. First 2 hours are complimentary; additional time available for $20/hour (standard) or $25/hour (electric) plus tax. The concierge can suggest routes: Worth Avenue, the beach, or Palm Beach's historic Lake Trail along the Intracoastal.
The hotel's curated beach setup two blocks from the main town beach. Includes custom Business & Pleasure beach chairs and umbrellas pre-arranged by beach staff. Pre-order Café Boulud to-go for a poolside picnic. Complimentary shuttle to and from the beach in the hotel car — just arrange with the concierge.
