Why It Matters
Bohemia Restaurant has held its Michelin star for 21 consecutive years — the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Jersey. The hotel also carries an AA Red Star rating. Head Chef Tom Earnshaw (formerly of three-star Moor Hall) took over in 2025 and retained the star immediately. The indoor saltwater pool, full thermal suite, and Rasul mud room in a central town hotel is genuinely unusual.

Deluxe Double / Super King Double & Twin
The core room type — calming, well-finished doubles or twin rooms with full-height windows opening to Juliet balconies, Frette-dressed feather beds, and granite-clad bathrooms with power shower. Bespoke in-room bars stocked to order. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, blackout drapes.
Deluxe Suite
A proper suite with a separate sitting room and sleeping area. The bathroom is large granite with a two-person shower. Can accommodate two adults plus a child in an extra bed or cot. Features bespoke ostrich-hide headboard and mirrored wall.
Family Suite
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge converts to an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed and single bed or cot, while still functioning as a sitting room during the day. Good for families who want flexibility without sacrificing comfort.
Master Suite
The top of the range. Entrance hall, large sitting room, and a spacious bedroom with en-suite granite luxury bathroom with separate shower. A second bathroom adds a private steam shower. Overlooks the outdoor pool — the best views in the hotel.
Studio
A larger room with more floor space than the standard Deluxe, plus a separate shower in addition to the bath. Designed for longer stays or guests who want a bit more room to breathe without jumping up to a full suite.

Seats 4–6 guests inside Bohemia's working kitchen for a front-row view of the brigade. Chef Tom Earnshaw creates dishes course by course — part theatre, part feast. One of the most intimate fine dining formats in the Channel Islands.
