The Club Hotel & Spa
Urban boutique luxury with a strong food-and-wellness identity. Art deco touches in the restaurant, contemporary clean lines throughout the rooms. Intimate feel — no vast lobbies, no executive lounge. Staff know your name by day two.
Book direct to get complimentary full breakfast included — it's a proper cooked Jersey breakfast, not just continental
Why It Matters
Bohemia Restaurant has held its Michelin star for 21 consecutive years — the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Jersey. The hotel also carries an AA Red Star rating. Head Chef Tom Earnshaw (formerly of three-star Moor Hall) took over in 2025 and retained the star immediately. The indoor saltwater pool, full thermal suite, and Rasul mud room in a central town hotel is genuinely unusual.
The Club Hotel & Spa sits right in the middle of St. Helier, Jersey's compact capital, which means you're a five-minute walk from the beach but far enough removed from the tourist drag to actually feel peaceful. It's a small luxury boutique property — 46 rooms and suites — anchored by Bohemia, one of the UK's most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants, now in its 22nd consecutive year with the star. Rooms are sharp and contemporary, with floor-to-ceiling windows, Frette linen, granite bathrooms, and bespoke in-room bars. The spa punches well above the hotel's size.

Part of the hotel's curated island experiences: coast and cave RIB adventure, afternoon tea, a second offshore trip to France for lunch, and dinner at Bohemia. Combines Jersey's dramatic coastal geography with the hotel's dining.

A quieter, self-serve honesty bar in the hotel library space for evening drinks. A low-key alternative to the main bar terrace that most guests discover by accident.
Two-night stay including a guided bioluminescence experience (with transfers), Michelin-starred tasting dinner, and in-room dessert room service. A genuinely unusual Jersey natural phenomenon.
Guided walk along the shoreline to discover Jersey's oyster heritage during native oyster season, ending with a curated tasting at Bohemia. Seaweed mud spa treatment also included.
