The House Bar's batched Negroni in the late afternoon sun is practically a hotel institution. Campari, gin, sweet vermouth — served bottled on the sun-soaked balcony by the Ada bartender.
The hotel's location in Grey Lynn is the activity. Staff are passionate about the city and actively share local recommendations — from the best brunch spots to where to grab fish and chips. Ponsonby Road is a 10-minute walk; the local strip has cafes, boutiques, vegan eateries, and bars. Eden Park is within walking distance.
