Chattanooga's first boutique hotel lives inside a three-story brick-and-limestone building from 1909 — the kind of structure that was born to be a hotel and has stayed one ever since. Owner and designer Seija Ojanpera completely reimagined it in a bold mid-century modern aesthetic: 16 individually themed rooms with vintage wallpaper, statement furniture from the '50s, '60s, and '70s, and exposed brick nodding to the city's industrial past.
