The Frenchmen Hotel
Bohemian, art-forward, adult party hotel. Surrealist interiors meet New Orleans eccentricity. Every room is different — colorful accent walls, exposed brick, wrought-iron details. Feels like a creative's pied-à-terre rather than a corporate property.

Why It Matters
The only hotel actually on Frenchmen Street — NOLA's live music heartbeat and a genuine alternative to Bourbon Street. Won two 2023 ASID Colorado Crystal Awards for interior design. The Tiki Tock bar in the courtyard is a destination on its own. Small, independent feel even now that Kasa manages operations.
A 27-room boutique hotel in a historic 1860s building right on the famous Frenchmen Street music strip, at the edge of Faubourg Marigny. Fully renovated in 2022 with Denver design firm FAM Design using surrealist painter Leonor Fini as the creative muse — so expect bold colors, vintage rugs, ceramic pendants, and original ceiling medallions. The hotel is honest with you upfront: Tiki Tock bar is literally attached, some rooms face the street, and Frenchmen Street never really sleeps. Great time guaranteed; quiet night not so much.

On Property
How you'll actually spend your days.
Year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the central courtyard. A focal point of socializing at the property, especially before or after a night out on Frenchmen Street.
Outdoor rooftop terrace reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Take drinks up from Tiki Tock and wind down the evening with city views.
Step out the front door and you're in the middle of the best live music strip in New Orleans. Snug Harbor and d.b.a. are a few doors down; the open-air Frenchmen Art Market happens weekly. The hotel is the starting — and ending — point for the whole experience.
The Frenchmen markets itself as a go-to for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and special events, with the rooftop terrace and courtyard as event spaces.
