A 27-room boutique hotel in a historic 1860s building right on the famous Frenchmen Street music strip, at the edge of Faubourg Marigny. Fully renovated in 2022 with Denver design firm FAM Design using surrealist painter Leonor Fini as the creative muse — so expect bold colors, vintage rugs, ceramic pendants, and original ceiling medallions. The hotel is honest with you upfront: Tiki Tock bar is literally attached, some rooms face the street, and Frenchmen Street never really sleeps. Great time guaranteed; quiet night not so much.

A cozy, quieter room positioned away from the street with two plush queen beds — good for four adults who want separate sleeping surfaces. Shares a private patio with the Frenchmen St. Double Queen room next door, making the two rooms a practical pairing for groups.
Two QueensFrenchmen 2 Bedroom Suite
The biggest accommodation on the property, sleeping up to six adults (priced for six, with a $50/person/night fee beyond that up to eight). One bedroom has a king bed overlooking Tiki Tock bar; the other has two queen beds with a small balcony over Frenchmen Street. Between them: a large central living area with a dry bar, dining table, and double-vanity bathroom. The obvious choice for a group takeover.

Street-level room at the front of the building — open the two sets of French doors with decorative wrought-iron railing and you're essentially on Frenchmen Street. Two queen beds, a brand new bathroom, and a private patio shared with the adjacent Double Queen room. Don't book this one if you need sleep before midnight.
Two QueensKing Room
Two king rooms on the property, offering a bit more elbow room than the standard or queen options. Same courtyard-facing position on the first or second floors, with a king bed for one or two adults and a fully renovated walk-in shower bathroom.
KingMarigny 2 Bedroom Suite
Two separate queen bedrooms in one suite — a darker, cozier back bedroom and a front bedroom with a small balcony overlooking Frenchmen Street. Sleeps up to four adults with no extra person fees. The balcony is the selling point; it puts you above the street-level chaos without being in it.
Two Queens (separate bedrooms)Queen Loft Suite
Two of these split-level suites sit at the back of the property next to the pool. Enter on the second floor into a cozy living area with a queen-size pull-out sofa and a new walk-in shower bathroom. Head up another set of stairs to the loft bedroom with a plush queen bed and a large window overlooking the pool below. Sleeps up to four adults, priced for two (extra guest fee applies for three or four).

The hotel's signature and most common room type — 14 of the 27 rooms fall into this category. Plush queen bed for one or two adults, fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Located on the first or second floors surrounding the central pool and hot tub courtyard, so you're always a few steps from the water.

The smallest rooms on the property — three total. Petite but completely renovated, with a plush full-size bed for one or two adults. One connects to the Balcony King room for groups traveling together. Ideal if you're just looking for a solid base and plan to spend most of your time out on the street.
