Ground floor flat named for Aretha Franklin, sleeping up to four guests. Features a uniquely wood-paneled bathroom and an extra half bath — ideal for the two-couple or small-family configuration. Private outdoor patio. Pet-friendly. The design leans soulful and warm, with books by and celebrating women, a record player stocked with Aretha classics, and all the same premium linens and kitchenette amenities as the other suites.
California King + Full Sleeper Sofa
Mitchell Manor
The only free-standing cottage — separate from the main building and set off the outdoor common area. About 310 sq ft, cozy and deliberately private. Queen Casper mattress, full kitchenette, glass-enclosed shower bathroom, and its own fenced private backyard ideal for dogs. Joni Mitchell-themed throughout. The most secluded of the four options if you want to feel like you have the place to yourself.
QueenNick's Nook
Ground floor ADA-accessible suite with a roll-in bathroom and shower — the most accessible option at the property. Open kitchenette and seating area in one connected space. Queen Casper mattress. Small private front patio with seating for two. Stevie Nicks-themed. Compact but thoughtfully done, with all the same brand partnerships (Brooklinen, Parachute, record player with vinyl) as the larger suites.
QueenThe King Suite
The largest and most popular suite, occupying the full top level of the main building. Two-room layout: a proper bedroom with a Casper king mattress plus a living room with a Joybird queen sleeper sofa. Private outdoor patio overlooking the grounds. The clawfoot soaking tub is the showpiece of the bathroom, finished in honeycomb tile. Carole King-themed throughout — expect her records in the curated vinyl collection and an amethyst geode on the table. Kitchenette includes Nespresso machine, Keurig, electric stovetop, toaster oven, mini fridge, waffle maker, and full cookware.
