The Jacquard
Modern urban luxury with a design-forward, art-centric identity. The vibe skews sophisticated but not stiff — floor-to-ceiling glass, curated art, a lobby that draws the eye upward, and a rooftop pool that genuinely delivers on the mountain-view promise.

Why It Matters
One of Cherry Creek's top hotel options, with a 75-foot rooftop pool offering 180-degree views of the Rockies and Denver skyline, Narrative restaurant (led by award-winning chef Paul Nagan), and an obsessive focus on in-room personalization. Awarded #7 in Condé Nast Traveler's Top 15 Hotels in Colorado in 2025.
The Jacquard opened in October 2018 at the corner of Second Avenue and Milwaukee Street — right in the thick of Cherry Creek North's boutiques and galleries. Named for Joseph-Marie Jacquard, the French inventor who automated patterned looming and made fashion democratic, the hotel leans hard into that textile-meets-design story. CannonDesign built the glass-wrapped structure; Design Force Corporation (the team behind Denver's ART hotel) handled the interiors; and NINE dot ARTS curated the pieces throughout, including a 16-foot neon sculpture hanging from the second-floor ceiling. At 201 rooms, it's a proper full-service hotel — rooftop pool, two dining outlets, Peloton bikes in suites — without the convention-center scale that makes big-box properties feel anonymous.
