The Lana is Dorchester Collection's first hotel in the Middle East — and it's a statement. The 30-story building designed by Foster + Partners rises above Marasi Bay Marina in Business Bay, two interlocking glass towers that catch the desert light like a sail catching wind. Inside, Gilles & Boissier (the duo behind the Baccarat Hotel New York and Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid) went soft and warm: cream, dusty pink, sandy marble, and alabaster, with more than 50 commissioned artworks woven throughout. Opened in February 2024, it has 225 rooms and suites, eight dining concepts anchored by Michelin-lauded chefs, and the UAE's first Dior Spa.

Entry-level rooms at The Lana, but don't let that diminish them. At 603 square feet plus a private balcony, these are spacious by any standard. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a Vispring mattress dressed in Frette linens, Bang & Olufsen TV, marble bathroom with freestanding soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower. Wildsmith Skin toiletries throughout. Four of these rooms are fully accessible with roll-in showers and grab bars.

One of five signature suites at The Lana featuring a duplex layout with a double-height corner living room and outdoor terraces on both levels. Walk-in wardrobe, generous dressing area, and sweeping city views from multiple elevations.

At 711 square feet, the Marina Junior Suite delivers proper suite proportions with marina and skyline views. A dark wood-paneled entrance foyer leads to the king bedroom with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the terrace. Art deco-inspired sitting area, velvet upholstery, parquet flooring. The bathroom features dual sinks on a long marble vanity, a walk-in shower with overhead and hand-held heads, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned to face the views.

The hotel's presidential suite features a balcony running the entire length of the building with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa. A magnificent suite in the upper tier where complimentary Rolls-Royce airport transfers are included in the rate.

A corner suite at 1,184 square feet with an additional 140 square feet of balcony space. A symphony of whites and pale pinks with commanding views of the marina and Burj Khalifa.
