At 750 sq ft, the Artist Suites offer a proper separation of bedroom and living room. The cozy dining area is designed for two, there's a wet bar, and both rooms have large smart TVs. KingClassic King Guestroom
A step up from the Petite in square footage, at 256 sq ft. Same luxury kit — Frette, Bulgari, Nespresso, marble bath — plus slightly more breathing room. A solid choice for most stays, with a well-lit work desk and full luxury amenity set.
KingClassic Penthouse King Guestroom
Same footprint as a Classic King (238–268 sq ft) but on the Penthouse Level — which means high ceilings, arched windows with downtown Houston views, and hand-picked original Texas artist works on the walls. If you want atmosphere without paying suite prices, this is the call.

Also at 750 sq ft, but the Composer stands out for its formal dining room that seats eight — making it the go-to suite for anyone hosting a small business dinner or group gathering. Double vanity bathroom, walk-in shower, wet bar, and workspace round out a well-planned layout.

The hotel's largest non-suite guestroom at 500 sq ft. Two queen beds with Frette linens and upholstered headboards, a sitting area for two, and a leather-top work desk. The accessible version of this room type is also available. Best option for friends traveling together or families.

At 400–500 sq ft, this is where the Lancaster really opens up. The king bed is complemented by a seating area with a sleeper sofa — useful if you have a guest — and ample closet space. Leather-top work desk, marble bath, the full luxury amenity suite. Comfortable without being over-the-top.
KingDeluxe Penthouse King Guestroom
The full Deluxe King experience but up on the Penthouse Level. Arched windows, a chandelier, comfortable seating area, leather-topped work desk, and a large marble walk-in shower. One of the most atmospheric rooms in the building — the arched windows and chandelier give it a genuine sense of occasion.
KingDirector Penthouse Suite
The flagship suite at 1,100 sq ft. High ceilings, hand-scraped hardwood floors, arched windows overlooking the Theater District, a formal dining area, and a separate master bedroom. Can connect with the Playwright Suite next door for a sprawling two-suite configuration. The whiskey shelf in the promotional photos says it all.

The entry-level room and, honestly, it is small — 238 sq ft is cozy by any measure. But it punches above its size with a proper king bed, Frette linens, Bulgari products, Nespresso machine, 55" smart TV, and a well-lit work desk. Good for solo travelers or couples who plan to spend most of their time out at the theaters.
KingPlaywright Penthouse Suite
980 sq ft on the Penthouse Level. The living room features arched windows that look out directly to the Alley Theatre — which is on-brand for a suite named after the written word. A built-in bookcase is stocked with art books, poetry, and manuscripts. Double bath vanity and step-in shower. Can connect with the adjacent Director Penthouse Suite.

The biggest multi-room option at 1,270 sq ft. Two full king bedrooms, two full bathrooms — both genuinely spacious and well-appointed. The large living room features a wet bar and a 60-inch HD flat-screen. The formal dining table seats six.
