The LARK is a 67-room boutique hotel sitting right on Main Street in downtown Bozeman, designed from the ground up as a basecamp for outdoor adventure. Every room comes loaded with custom artwork by local Montana artists, and the staff doubles as genuine local guides who know where to ski, hike, and eat. Think modern roadside motel energy, but executed with real intention.

Grand Avenue King
At 265 square feet, the Grand Avenue King adds a modern sofa lounger for a bit of extra living space. Good option if you want a king bed but want somewhere to sit other than the bed itself. Two rooms of this type available.

The core room at The LARK. 236 square feet, one king bed, walk-in tile shower, desk, and gear storage space. Custom local artwork on the walls. No frills, but everything works. A solid home base when you're out all day and just need a comfortable place to land.

The best room for people-watching and soaking up the downtown scene. 245 square feet with a private deck overlooking Main Street. King bed, walk-in tile shower, mini-fridge. The private outdoor space is what makes this one worth requesting — morning coffee on the deck while Bozeman wakes up below you.
KingQueen + Bunk
Designed for families. 236 square feet with a queen bed for the adults and twin-size bunk beds for kids. Walk-in tile shower, standard LARK amenities. Sleeps four. It's tight, but it works for a family that doesn't plan to spend much time in the room.
Queen + Twin BunkRialto Suite
Named after the historic Rialto Theater, this is the one room at The LARK that earns the word 'suite.' California king bed, a kitchenette, leather lounge seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking straight down Main Street with peek-a-boo Bridger Mountain views. It's 607 square feet — nearly three times the size of a standard room. Comes stocked with a Treeline pour-over coffee setup (grinder, dripper, kettle), local guidebooks, a full game basket, and gourmet snacks.
California King
West Double Queen
The most spacious multi-bed option at 297 square feet. Two queen beds, high ceilings, large windows facing Grand Avenue, and hardwood floors. Same wellness kit and Treeline in-room coffee setup as other west-wing rooms. Sleeps four with more comfort than the Double Double.
2 Queen BedsWest King
At 274 square feet, the West King is a bit more breathing room than the standard LARK King. High ceilings, large windows with varying views, hardwood floors. Same wellness kit and Treeline in-room coffee setup as the West Queen. A comfortable option when you want a king bed with more space to move around.
KingWest Queen
The smallest room in the hotel at 205 square feet, but thoughtfully packed. High ceilings, large windows facing Grand Avenue, hardwood floors. Includes a wellness kit with a Lululemon yoga mat, meditation cushion, sound machine, and eucalyptus + jasmine shower mist with Vital Body CBD tincture. In-room Treeline coffee and tea setup with electric kettle. Good for solo travelers or couples who plan to spend most of their time outside.
