The Lince Ecorkhotel Évora is a 4-star eco-certified boutique resort sitting on a private estate just 14 minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage city of Évora, and about an hour from Lisbon. Its main building is clad entirely in cork — a material choice that makes it the first hotel in the world to pull off that trick — and the 56 freestanding suites scattered across the grounds each come in at 70 sqm with private terraces facing the Alentejo cork oak and olive landscape. The whole operation is currently closed for a major renovation, with a grand reopening set for June/July 2026.
