A Saturday afternoon hands-on session at Matchbook Distilling's Apothecary. Learn to nose and taste spirits, dive into the science of distilling, and blend your own 750ml bottle of signature gin to take home.

Craft a custom red blend using estate-grown Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot at RGNY Winery, guided by a wine expert. Approximately 90 minutes. Includes artisanal snacks and a custom bottle of your blend.
