Adams designed the whole thing himself — 40 rooms, each with its own character, spread across four categories with coordinated color palettes and custom furniture. The public spaces and event venues are just as considered as the rooms, making this as much a cultural venue as a place to sleep.

80 sqm across three to four rooms — the real family or long-stay option. Designer furniture and old-building details across a genuinely spacious floorplan. Some have a walk-in closet and bathtub. Access to all hotel amenities is included.

Part of the attached Boarding House rather than the main hotel block. Around 40 sqm of old-building character meeting modern design — fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, and a private atmosphere. Designed for longer stays, cleaned weekly.
