Two 17th-century canal houses on the Keizersgracht, once home to Dutch trade merchants and Amsterdam's first university. The smallest room in the house — and it really is small at 11 sqm. A 24 sqm room in the Main House overlooking the Silent Garden. Has a whirlpool bath — a real upgrade over entry-level rooms — plus bath/shower combination, bathrobe, slippers, and all the standard comforts. Quieter and more private than canal-facing rooms.

The largest rooms in the hotel at 46 sqm. Three Executive Suites available, located either in the Silent Garden or on the top floor of the Main House. Garden Cottage
The most private room in the hotel. Located within the Main House's Silent Garden, it feels like a little standalone retreat in the middle of Amsterdam. At 29 sqm it's a step up in space, with a whirlpool bath for two and walk-in shower. No canal views, but the garden setting is genuinely peaceful.

Perched on the top floor of the Main House, the Junior Suite is 25 sqm — smaller than you might expect from a suite — but it has the best amenities package: whirlpool spa, double rain shower, and aromatherapy steam cabin. The lofty position and distinctive decor set it apart from the standard rooms below.

The most talked-about room in the hotel. Split-level layout at 32 sqm with an open-plan sitting area on the upper level and a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower below, accessed by a steep traditional Amsterdam staircase. One of the very few hotels in Amsterdam with a private whirlpool in the suite. Extra bed available for €30/night supplement. Not suitable for limited mobility guests — the staircase is genuinely steep.

The standout room type for romantics. Same 27 sqm as the standard Deluxe Canal View, but with a whirlpool bath positioned in the room itself — right in front of the canal-facing window. Soak in the tub while watching boats drift past on the Keizersgracht. Also has a walk-in shower.
