Same footprint and finish level as the standard King Room, adapted for accessibility. Tub and shower combo (rather than walk-in only), grab bars in the bathroom, and extra wheelchair clearance throughout.

Slightly smaller than the standard King Room, but trades square footage for a private interior-facing balcony with bistro seating. Worth it for the morning coffee setup. Kitchen here is a kitchenette configuration rather than a full kitchen, but the grocery package is still available.

The most spacious single-room option. At 586 sq ft it genuinely feels like a New York loft transplanted to the Charleston Lowcountry. Fully equipped kitchen (not just a kitchenette), in-room laundry, and a fully stocked minibar.
KingOne Bedroom Deluxe Suite
More open space than the standard One Bedroom, with a glass-enclosed tiled shower that earns the 'spa-like bathroom' descriptor without overselling it. Full kitchen, full living area, in-room laundry.

A standalone one-bedroom penthouse apartment on the third floor of the historic Lequeux-Williams House, directly above Lowland Restaurant. Private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a genuinely unique address — you're sleeping above one of Charleston's most acclaimed dining rooms. Important caveat: stair access only, no elevator, due to the historic building's structure.
KingTwo Bedroom Penthouse with Balcony
